Order Delivery & Pick-Up
Online Orders - Upon shipping, you will receive an order email with your delivery notifications including your courier tracking number & order number. (Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.)
Regional Delivery or Pick-Up - Customers ordering from the Eastern Colorado Region may schedule a pick-up or hand delivery when available. Order pick-ups are available in the Denver area. Please contact for pick-up locations. Regional delivery areas include (but not limited to) the Greater Denver areas. Shipping

Estimated total delivery time is up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Upon shipping, you will receive an email notice with your delivery details including your courier tracking number & order number. (Estimated 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekend days or observed holidays.)

(5 days for material procurement) + ( 5 days production time) + (3-5 standard shipping) + (Weekends & holidays) = Total Delivery Estimate

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless your order arrives incorrect or damaged, in which case please contact us at (720) 474-7859 or at info@missvictoriaregina.com for a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
Returns will be offered a offered a store credit or exchange for the purchase amount paid.

Sizing

For our hat sizing, instructions on how to measure your head:
Simply measure the circumference of your head using inches, holding a measuring tape snug, but not too tight, just above your ears- which is right above where your hat will sit.   The job is made easier if you can recruit a friend to take the measurement for you.
